Looking for T-Shirt Illustration-

Need an illustrator for a quick job – a drawing for a T-shirt. Needed ASAP. Shirts need to be created by june 26th. so illustration should be done this week. We're a poor non-profit arts group, so we are hoping to pay only $75.

Here are the details:

This is for a classical music group that wants a T-shirt. http://nyconsortofviols.org/

See the attached drawing by James Thurber. We want to use it as loose inspiration (although the people could look a little happier!)

There are 4 members of the group: 3 women & 1 man.

We do not want caricatures of them. We want more “everyman and everywoman” people.

You could do 3 women & 1 man... Or 2 women & 1 man... Or just 1 woman & 1 man.

BTW: A “Viol” looks similar to a cello EXCEPT:
it has 6 strings instead of 4
it has no “end pin” (the little thing that looks like a knitting needle a the bottom, which sits on the floor)
It often has a little carved wooden human head on the top, instead of the traditional “scroll” on a cello

BTW:
We want a “tag line” to accompany the drawing. Possibly hand-written, or some kind of simple font:
Life is better... when you play a Viol!
The t-shirt could simply be a black ink-type drawing (printed) on light-colored t-shirts. Or possibly white ink on dark-colored t-shirts. Whichever you think will look better
You could also incorporate the group’s logo somehow – possibly on the back? And possibly the website right below that: NYConsortOfViols.org
