Share 'Artistic Partnership'

Hey guys. As you all can see from my page, and my dA gallery (http://jfesmire.deviantart.com/), I'm a 3D Modeler. I've been wanting to make some of my creations usable in Poser, but I find Poser rigging to be very difficult. My meshes tear and all kinds of weird things when I try to rig them. Are any of you out there good at rigging figures in Poser? What I'm trying to do is get into a partners…
